SUMMER GIVEAWAY 2024

Eligibility:

The Summer Giveaway 2024 is open exclusively to residents of Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter. Employees and immediate family members of Pür & Simple and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period:

Giveaway begins on September 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 22, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be submitted during the Contest Period to be eligible.

How to Enter:

To enter the Contest and have a chance to win a $300 gift card, follow these steps:

• Follow @pursimpleca on Instagram.

• Like the designated Instagram post related to the Giveaway

• Tag the friends you’d love to share breakfast bliss with in the comments of the designated post. Each comment counts as one entry.

Winner Selection:

One (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The winner will be announced on September 23, 2024, on the @pursimpleca Instagram account through a story post. The winner will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a new winner will be randomly selected.

Prize:

The grand prize consists of 3 gift cards, each worth $100, for a total value of $300. These gift cards are redeemable at Pür & Simple locations.

General Rules:

• Entries must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided.

• Each participant may submit multiple entries by tagging different friends in separate comments.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

• Pür & Simple reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or is suspected of fraudulent activity.
