We have a number of food safety programs that help us ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. Our approved vendors who supply or manufacture our products and ingredients must share this same commitment, demonstrated through certification by a recognized food safety standard. For our smaller and local vendors, we provide support and guidance so they can achieve certification status.
Franchise Partners and restaurant team members participate in our Food Safety Training program designed specifically for our restaurant. The training provides in-depth knowledge of the potential food safety risks in the restaurant environment and how to execute the right controls that will prevent risks. Our goal is to ensure every Franchise Partner and team member understands their role and responsibilities in supporting and executing our food safety practices and controls. We’ve also partnered with global leaders in hygiene management and sanitation technology. They assist our restaurants in managing our Hygiene and Sanitation program, ensuring all program requirements continuously achieve or exceed our expectations.
We conduct regular, unannounced Food Safety Audits using in house and a third-party organization to provide non-biased reports that keep track of how we’re doing. Audits examine food safety performance, adherence to standard operating procedures and risk management at the restaurant level.

Our menu is designed using quality ingredients sourced locally wherever possible.We provide nutritional information for our guests in a number of ways. We also work with our vendor partners to ensure this information is accurate and provides our guests with the information they need to make informed nutritional choices when ordering their meal.
Menu item nutritional and allergen information is available at restaurant level upon request or may be found on our website. To help us serve you better, please advise your server if you have any allergies or dietary concerns before you order.
The safety and satisfaction of our guests is our highest priority. Although we take precautions to manage the risks, there is a possibility of cross-contamination occurring during the preparation process in our kitchens. We therefore cannot guarantee that menu items are free of peanuts, tree nuts and/or other allergens.
Menu items labelled as ‘Gluten Sensitive’ are made with gluten-free ingredients. However, like allergens, there is the possibility that cross-contamination with products containing gluten may also occur in our kitchen during preparation.
